At SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your silk items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
